BURTONWOOD, CHESHIRE

Based in Burtonwood Cheshire, our facility contains two high speed bottling lines which are capable of filling non-returnable glass and multi-layer PET bottles. Both lines are able to produce a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our customers, with one line sterile filtration or flash pasteurisation to aseptically fill non-returnable glass or PET bottles.

We are focused on forming lasting business relationships and showing long-term commitment to our customers, employees and the industry as a whole, which is why we have made significant investment in the company’s infrastructure of over £19m since 2015.

Thomas Hardy Burtonwood holds an Environmental Agency permit for it’s facilities.

KENDAL, CUMBRIA

Our Kendal facility, in Cumbria, contains an extremely flexible high speed line, with both mixing and blending facilities for alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages and soft drinks, as well as ales, lagers and ciders.

We have made a capital investment of £6m since 2015 which has created the capability to meet modern requirements of filling and packaging glass bottles ranging from 113ml to one litre in various pack formats. Kendal has an extensive variety of dry-end packaging options, which includes wrap-around cartons, multi-packs and export baskets. The team are also adept at servicing export requirements and loading shipping containers.
